It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Alan Pannapacker (Arbor Vitae, Wisconsin), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William and Sara Pannapacker Sr.; his wife Barbara Pannapacker of Arbor Vitae, WI; his daughter Barbara Phillips (Tim) of Arbor Vitae, WI; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Charlie and Mary Phillips.
