He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Lisa Fox (Tim) of Arbor Vitae, Alice Orsi (Dale) of Plainfield, IL and Richard Cary (Melissa) of Snoqualmie, WA.; his siblings, Linda Garrity (Steve), Denise Kuba and Larry Kuba (Liz); and his sister-in-law Cheryl Kuba. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
