She was predeceased by: her child Robert S. Matz, Sr.; her brothers-in-law, Barry L. Matz and Gerald Connell; and her parents, Albert Riebe and Mildred Riebe.
She is survived by: her sister Joanne Connell; her children, Deborah Karow (Phillip), Robin Stippich (Robert) and Wendy Hunter (Todd); and her grandchildren, Nathan Karow (Kristine), Carrie Newmoyer (Dave), Jennifer Seifert (Matt), Gregory Hunter, Jordan Hunter, Ethan Matz and Tori Matz. She is also survived by friends and neighbors, her Shih Tzu "Mei Ling", all her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Ascension Home Hospice.
