He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Kwak and Charlotte Kwak (Walgurski); and his brother Ronald Kwak. He is survived by: his wife Jean M. Bonkowski of Arbor Vitae; his children, Jean "Angel" McPherson (John) of Loyal, WI and John T. Kwak of Marshall, WI; his grandchildren, Jackie Marten (Colton) of Loyal, Jason McPherson (Mikaela Nicholson) of Spencer, WI and Jessica McPherson of Loyal; his great grandchildren, Joshua Bredl, Gage Daniels, Emmett McPherson and Isabella Marten; his siblings, Walter Kwak (Dayna) of Lake Villa, IL, Charlotte Hemmer of Chicago and Jeannine Kwak of Missouri; and his sister-in-law Jean Kwak of Lake Villa, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
