He is survived by: his father Robert Berken (Tammy) of Arbor Vitae, WI; his sister Kimberlyn Berken of Madison, WI; his grandmother Alyce Berken; and his aunts and uncles, John Berken, Larry Berken (Tracy), Terry Berken (Lynn), Joe Berken (Karla), Kelly Berken (Bev), Kevin Berken (Bobbie), Mary Weber (Gene), John Bromberek, Michael Lobermeier (Kathy) and Lori Cagle (Joe Schoenecker). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
