She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor DeDecker and Genevieve DeDecker (Zapp); her husband Robert J. Vandenberg (Bob); and her siblings, Joan DeDecker, Thomas DeDecker, Victor Jr. DeDecker, Jerome "Jerry" DeDecker, James "Jim" DeDecker and Donna Reimer.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Oltmanns (Thomas), Paul Vandenberg (Marna Jones) of Portland, OR, James Vandenberg (Claudia) of Medina, OH, Charles Vandenberg (Martin Lopez) of Denver, CO and Ellyn Vandenberg (Rick Johnson) of Bend, OR; her niece Denise Hess (Daryl); her grandchildren, Sara Baber (Billy), Joshua Oltmanns, Eric Vandenberg (Pamela), Alexander Vandenberg (Morgan), Alice Jones (Josh), Leah Jones (Danny), Alleh Lindquist (Kristina) and Ashley Tocco (Sam); and her great grandchildren, Presley, Riley, Kinley Baber, Nathaniel Vandenberg and Enzo Tocco. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
