It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilmer George Beyer (Appleton, Wisconsin), born in Chilton, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Beyer and Leonora Beyer (Schluchter); his former wife Gladys Wickesberg; his brother Lyle Beyer; and his brother-in-law Alan Neuber.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Martin (Caldwell); his children, Michael Martin (Donna), Donald Martin (Brenda), Ronald Martin (Donna), Mark Martin (Debbie) and Dianna Rockey (Daniel); his grandchildren, Joseph (Erin), Travis (Janell), Trevor (Jodi), Tarah (Daniel), Jamie (Karl), Katie (Daniel), Ashley, Chelsey and Nicole (Jason); his siblings, Dean Beyer and Marlene Neuber; and his sister-in-law Carol Beyer. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are appreciated to the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin in honor of Wilmer's younger brother Dean.
