Victor R. Frank Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor C. Frank and Elinore Frank; and his brothers, Charles and Eric. He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Neumann); his children, Robert Frank and Katie Frank; and his son-in-law Ryan Frazier.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church (129 S Mason St, Appleton, WI 54914). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Matthews Ev. Lutheran Church (129 S Mason St, Appleton, WI 54914).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to curepsp.org to support research into PSP and provide hope to others affected by this condition. The family is proud of his decision to donate his brain for further research into this debilitating brain disease.
