He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Seibert (Sarah) and Jerrad Seibert; his grandsons, Jace and Zack Seibert; and his brothers, Scott Seibert (Nancy) and Rick Seibert (Carrie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
