She is survived by: her husband David Bork; her sisters, Debra Drexler (Jeff) of Hollister, Bonnie Johnson of Menasha and Becky Jackson of Appleton, Wisconsin; her sons, Chad (Christine), Brad and Jason; her grandchildren, Reese, Lucian, Sklyer, Alex, Kali, Natilie, Silus, Dylan, Jackson and Carter; her great grandchild Bristol; and her friend Ann Miller (Priscilla Ann Mosling). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
