It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ruppel (Appleton, Wisconsin), born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 13, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, William Schanglies and Edna Helms Schanglies; her siblings, Marguerite Buri and Jackson Schanglies; her daughter Kay Soucheck; her grandson Patrick Soucheck; her great grandchild Jada Long; her children, Wendy L. Genaw (Randy) and Kevin J. Ruppel (Sue Ellen Burns); her grandchildren, Christopher Soucheck (Melissa), Elizabeth "Libby" Soucheck (Fabiola Gutierrez Orozco), John Long and Matthew Long (Joy); her great grandchildren, Sasha Soucheck, Toby Soucheck, Madeline Paladino and Mathew Long Jr.; her nephew Frederick "Jack" Buri (Carrie); and also Jack (Penny). She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
