She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Sutter and Lillie Sutter (Christianson). She is survived by: her husband Chet; her sons, Daniel (Kimberly) of Bossier City, LA and Gary; her grandson Anthony Suarez (Danielle) of Eliot, ME; her great grandchildren, Lucy and Louisa Suarez; and her extended family Delores Luce. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in Rose Ann's name for the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, or St. James United Methodist Church where Rose Ann was a member since 1965.
