With solemn reverence, we commemorate Ronald Howard Thiry of Appleton, Wisconsin, whose life came to an end on February 15, 2025 at the age of 75, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Thiry and Barbara Thiry (Palmer); his brothers, Ken Thiry and Gary Thiry; his great-niece Scarlett Fougner; and his close friend Mary Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Thiry (Ullberg); his daughters, Shawn Tassone (Dean) and Sarah Stillwell (Jamie); his grandchildren, Nic Tassone, Noel Doule (Jordan), Cassidy Tassone, Charlie Stillwell and Sam Stillwell; his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Sienna Doule; his siblings, Roger Thiry (LuAnn), Mike Thiry (Kim) and Lori Angel (Barry); his sister-in-law Bobbi Craig (Jim); his extended family Jerry Isaacson (Julie); and his friends, John Tassone, Dennis Stillwell, Eric Hanson, Richard "Scottie" Scott, Tom Wettengel and Duane Holden. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Valley Funeral Home (2211 N Richmond St, Appleton, WI 54911). A prayer will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:40 AM at the same location.
