He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman "Tuffy" Horn and Marion Horn (Last). He is survived by: his siblings, Joann, Dan Horn (Irene), Marilyn Borsche (Don) and Terry Woehler (Ron); and his nieces and nephews, Rod, Bob, Todd, Salena, Tanya, Lee and Valerie. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Brettschneider Trettin-Nickel Funeral Chapel (606 N Oneida St, Appleton, WI 54911). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
