He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Zach and Walter Zach; and his sister Barbara Zach Pellek. He is survived by: his wife Roxane; his children, Patricia Callahan MD (Andy Maracini), Christopher (Alex), Jeffrey and Alyssa Bartholomew; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Tara, Cam, Dorothy, Oliver, Madeline, Spencer, Amelia, Isla, Alan, Ginette, Jake, Wesley and Sadie.
