He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvina H. Hougan and Nels G. Nelson; and his son Jonathan. He is survived by: his wife Dar; his children, Jeffery (Pamela), Sheila, Michelle, Jerry (Tara), Susan, James and Robert Jr.; and his siblings, Michael A. Stevens and Pamela J. Carey.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Home (2211 N Richmond St, Appleton, WI 54911). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family to assist with funeral services.
