It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert M. Kools Coming Soon of Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Kools and Gertrude Kools (Bellew); his wife Marlene Hartl; his in-laws, Albert and Ruth Hartl; his siblings, Frank Kools, John Kools (Sally) and Kathryn Cowling; his half-brother Don Engelland (Eleanor); and also, Bob Schierl, Pat Harvey, Ruth Emery and Dennis Faltynski.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Kools (Leondra), Daniel Kools (Sandra) and Karin Kools-Scheel (Paul); his grandchildren, Chad Kools (Ashley), Caitlin Scheel and Kellin Scheel; his great grandchild Chase Kools; and his siblings-in-law, Claudeen Boyd (Ken), Kathleen Faltynski, Mary Petit (Joe), Pat Doyle (Joe) and Al Hartl Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial funds have been established for St. Bernard Catholic Church, the Genesis Club, and Annabelle's Amazing Graces.
