He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwain Nickasch and Bette Jane Nickasch (Blahnik). He is survived by: his wife Lynette Porterfield; his daughters, Cassandra and Alicia Nickasch; and his siblings, Jayne Skibba (Rick), Thomas Spilman (Jacki), Rev. Dee Sim (Bruce) and Lori Dollevoet (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
