With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patrick Scott Schaefer (Appleton, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 1, 2025 at the age of 53. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Schaefer (Jack) and Vivian Schaefer (Van Lanen); his brother Joe Schaefer; and his father-in-law John Gloudemans. He is survived by: his wife Jane Gloudemans; his children, Samantha, Brandon and Ryan Schaefer; his siblings, Al Schaefer (Sue), Amy Wieckert (Steve), Barb Schaefer, Jane Schaefer and Paula Sanders (Jon); his mother-in-law Janet Weiss; and his siblings-in-law, Jill Meixl (Rick) and Jeff Gloudemans (Leah). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
