With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia C. Nelson (Appleton, Wisconsin), born in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 5, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Christoph and Alicia Christoph (Killian); her husband Les Nelson; her siblings, Jim Christoph (Elaine), Georgia Kurtz (Ray), Barbara Bless and Charlie Christoph (Margie); and also, Jack Dunn and Lloyd Staplemann (Barney).
She is survived by: her children, Lori Hammerseng (Steve), Bryan Nelson (Wendy), Greg Nelson (Marion Kuether) and Alicia Wildenberg (Bob Kolodzik); her grandchildren, Tyler Hammerseng (KaSarah), Crystal Flaherty (Greg Martin), Amy Brooks (Kevin), Stephanie Post (Billy), Sam Vitrano, Anna Nelson (Jacob Chroge), Cale Wildenberg (Haley) and Troy Wildenberg; her great grandchildren, Owen, Faye, Vincent and Nora; and her sister-in-law Doris Stapelmann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
