Stultz (Timothy) of Ennis, MT; his stepson Jeff Melin of Kaukauna, WI; his stepgrandchildren, Madison and Montana; his stepdaughter Stacy Schuette (Scott) of Appleton, WI; his stepgrandchildren, David Schuette (Keri) of Appleton, WI, Chandler Quinnell (Jake) of Appleton, WI and Jerrett Schuette of Appleton, WI; his sister Gail Gagne; his niece Traci Raymond of Neenah, WI.; his daughter-in-law Sheila Burr; his grandchildren-in-law, Josh Siewert, Trisha Mathewson and Jenny (Zach); his children, Kelsey and Avianna; his grandson Justin Mathewson; his godson Greg Golden of Merrill, WI.; and also Elijah.
