She was predeceased by: her parents, August Meyer and Ragna Meyer (Rustein); her husband Donald Howard; her siblings, Marie Richards, Arnold Meyer, Clarence Meyer, Elmer Meyer, Lillian Carlson and Beatrice Harding; and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Howard (Sharon), Bev Heck (Richard) and Genevieve Mietzner (Bob).
She is survived by: her pet Sparky; her children, Mavis Howard, Jane Winter (Bob), Dale Howard (Kathy) and Duane Howard (Sara); her daughter-in-law Shelly Howard; her sister Ruby Jacobson; her sisters-in-law, Betty Meyer and Dorothy Meyer; her sons, Darold Howard and David Howard; her grandson Bobby Weber; and her great grandchild Samantha Manos. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
