He is survived by: his wife Nichele Kane; his children, Grace, Mickey and Kevin Kane; his stepdaughter Camille Marquardt; and his parents, Jerry Kane and Jean Kane.
In lieu of flowers, we would ask for a donation to be made in Michael's name to the Evans Scholarship Fund (https://secure2.convio.net), a charity that was close to his heart.
