She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schmidt and Hattie Schmidt; her former husband David Head Sr.; her grandson Ross Marquissee; and her siblings, Richard, Vincent, Clifford, Joseph, Buddy Schmidt, Anaceil Randerson and Delores Schmidt.
She is survived by: her husband John Lepak; her children, Paul Head (Victoria), David Jr. Head (Karla), Kevin Head (Lisa), Allan Head (Alicia), Kelly Ann VandeBerg (Jim) and Lisa Farley; her sister Rita Nelessen; her siblings-in-law, Rosie Schmidt, Ione Head, Bobby VanHandel (Kathy), Don VanHandel (Debi) and Mike VanHandel; her nieces and nephews, Lianne Devaney, Michelle Lepak (Dave Kangas) and Genee Lepak (Dennis Jackson); and her siblings-in-law, Rita, Theresa, Jean Schmidt, Marion Hoffman, Nancy Bevers, Barbara Dunn, Keith Head, Dave Bevers, Jim Nelessen and Pat Randerson. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren.
