She is survived by: her husband Harold Kapitzke; her children, Judy Merrill, Brenda Van Dinter (Scott), Lisa Chosa (Jerry) and Brian Kapitzke; her siblings, Betty Sanders, Ramona Metz, Patricia Cook (Ron) and Harold Winkler (Mary); and her close friend Gigi Balthazor. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
