She is survived by: her mother Nancy Furlow; her husband Paul Zemblowski; her children, Chloe Zemblowski (Danny Vicchiollo) and Grant Zemblowski; her grandson Daxton Vicchiollo; her brothers, Kelly and James; and her nieces, Courtney and Brittney.
