He is survived by: his sister Sister Leann Lee (Diane); his sisters-in-law, Karen Lee and Joyce Lee; and his nieces and nephews, David Lee (Hetal) of Glendale Heights, IL, Raymond Lee (Marina), Daniel Lee (Mary), Sherwood, Shannon Lee (Carie) of Neenah, Jason Lee (Annie), Christopher Lee (Carey), Madison, Michelle Knapp (Adam) and Jennifer Lee.
