We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Kyle John Hermes (Appleton, Wisconsin). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jim, Evelyn Hermes, Frederic and Leone Vande Hey. He is survived by: his wife Hannah Schwertfeger; his children, Ava, Emma and Noah; his parents, John Hermes and Mary Hermes; his siblings, J. J. Hermes (Nichole), Allison Hermes (Eric Forseth) and Taylor Hermes (Carley); his parents-in-law, Rev. Mark and Karla Schwertfeger; and his siblings-in-law, Jake Schwertfeger and Leah Voss (Paul). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church (N2740 N French Rd, Appleton, WI 54913). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred for St. Peter for tuition assistance for the Hermes Family.
