He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his children, Thomas Kendall of Menasha, WI and Tamara Stanley of Appleton; his grandchildren, Kyler, Noah Derrick and Araya Soule; his great grandchildren, Elijah and Marcus Kenneth Derrick; and his brothers, Robert Kendall (Jean) and Glenn Kendall.
