She was predeceased by: her parents, Wenzel Kuba and Emma Kuba (Koss); her husband Dick; her son Joseph; and her siblings, Wenzel Kuba (Jim), Charles Kuba, Antone Kuba (Tony), Rose Ratajczak, Lillian Dresang and Agnes Verkuilen.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Holcomb (Lynn), Gail Barten, Terri Aman, Lisa Helm, Kim Lysne (Kevin) and Kerry Holcomb; and her grandchildren, Carly Holcomb, Cory Holcomb (Katie), Courtney Holcomb (Estin), Matt Barten, Emily Lemberger (Tony), Rachel Aman, Allison Scarlett (Taylor), Tyler Helm (Siera), Erik Helm, Katie King (Tanner), Karah Lysne, Alex VanderWielen (Megan), Anna VanderWielen and Cole VanderWielen. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers her family will be establishing a memorial fund at a later date.
