He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Ebben and Caroline Ebben (Squires); his parents-in-law, Glenn and Mildred Horn; his son Keith; his nephew Bradley Huelsbeck; and his brother-in-law Ray Buckmiller.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Horn; his sons, Shaun Ebben (Maggie) of Boise, ID and Brian Ebben (Stacy Nagan) of Hilbert, WI; his grandchildren, Grace, Jake, Ellyna, Lily, Joe, Everett and Ava; his siblings, Margaret Schroeder (Donald), Judith VerVoort (Gary), Mary Buckmiller, Paul Ebben (Connie), Kenneth Ebben (Janice), Rosanne McCarthy (David), Tony Ebben (Louise), Martin Ebben (Bonnie), David Ebben (Jan), Carolyn Plutz (Daniel), Patrick Ebben (Christine) and Jill Amerson; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Huelsbeck (William), Pamela Warner (Gregory) and Jan Ebben (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He will be laid to rest at the Parish Cemetery and a memorial fund is being established.
