He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Perreault and Amilda Perreault (Hubert); his wife Pat; his daughter Danielle Anne Perreault (Jerry); and his siblings, Aline Gibeault (Gerry), Rachel Louiselle (Jack) and Dick Perreault (Joan).
He is survived by: his children, Kim Gietman (John), Teri Fournier (Andy), Nancy Joaquim (Manny) and Christopher Perreault (Johna); his grandchildren, Torin Phaiah (Caitlin), Ryan Gietman (Sarah), Derek Perreault (Alexis), Erin Kulaga (Brian), Cody Perreault, Evan Joaquim, Kristy Riley (Pat), Amber Merrick (Andy) and Candice Fournier; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Phaiah, Abby Phaiah, Jackson Saeger, Kaysen Perreault, Cassius Gietman, Julian Gietman, Haley Romano, Joe Romano, Daphne O'Toole, Ella Merrick and Max Merrick. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Thomas More Catholic Church (1810 N McDonald St, Appleton, WI 54911). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
