Phibbs (Barb Hagan); his nieces and nephews, Charlotte Radliff (Greg), Sarah Kozlowski (Brock), Jason Radliff, Erik Sasiadek (Kaitlin) and Chad Sasiadek; his former wife Anette Phibbs; and also Sylvie Thiel.
His contributions to the military were truly commendable.
