He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard William and Mary Lou Lewis (Robb); his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Mary Fryar (Cris); his sister-in-law Joanna Fryar-Carlisle; and his nephew Tyler Fryar.
He is survived by: his wife Jenny Fryar; his children, Nathan Lewis (Stacy) of Menasha, Alicia Hall (Nate) of Duluth, MN, Graham Lewis of San Francisco, CA and Karen Pearson (Steve) of Chandler, AZ; his grandchildren, Taylor Lewis (Zoee), Logan Lewis, Aidan Lewis, Violet Hall, Sam Pearson and Matt Pearson; his siblings, Ginny Estep (Gary) of Sun City, AZ and Ted Lewis (Nancy) of Peoria, AZ; his brother-in-law Harold Fryar of Michigan City, IN; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Snee (Kaylie), Stacey Snee, Corey Lewis (Erwin) and Casey Brand (Matt). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
