He is survived by: his wife Barb; his sons, Phil (Sue), Terry (Marie), Jay (Debbie Gorman) and Joe; his grandchildren, Andy Plamann (Erin), Tony Plamann (Justine), Jordan, Ali, Allen Gorman (Emma) and Andrea Minkley (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Oliver, Vivian, Theodore, Alexa, Brianna, Easton, Laela, Ivy, Minkley and Baby Gorman; his brothers, Michael (Janet) and Jon (Julie); and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Plamann and Maxine Buss. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family and many friends.

“I have tried to contact Jerry's brothers Mike and Jon to offer my condolences but was not successful. Please pass this message on to them please. Jerry was always at Vets and Friends free lunch every Wed and I saw him weekly. They announced his passing at Wed lunch”

“I saw Jerry every week at Vets and Friends for weekly lunch specials. He was a great guy who I knew from playing baseball with his brothers and other relatives. I tried to message his brother Jon and Mike but was unable to know if anyone received my messages. They announced his passing at Vets and Friends this past Wed and that is how I knew about this. Jerry was there every single Wed for as long as I can remember. I always told him to say hi to his brothers Jon and Mike. Pass my sympathy on”
