He is survived by: his children, Steve Dorn (Sharon), Dave Dorn (Denise), Bill Dorn (Pamela) and Ellen Evans (Bill); his grandchildren, Nichole, Erin, Ashley, Josey, Hannah, Jacob, Camille and Bill; his great grandchildren, Trinity, Atticus, Holland, Michael, Maggie, Emery, Isaiah, Micah and Abigail; his sister Patty Steffen; and also, Jim Ready (Shelly), Kim Rainwater (Don), Mike Ready (Amy), Steve Ready (Mary) and Lisa Hagen (Jerome).
