He is survived by: his wife Ellen Minten; his brothers, Peter Liethen and Tim Liethen; his nephew Josh Liethen; his mother-in-law Janice Minten; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Ott, Kelly Sanderfoot (Jim), Lisa Vandehey and Todd Minten (Sarah); and his nieces and nephews, Eric Vandehey, Joe Minten, Kayla Vandehey (Nick) and Jessica Minten. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
