He is survived by: his parents, Mark Balkman and Luann Balkman; his brothers, Eric Balkman (Jennifer), Lucas (Emma), Michael Balkman (Lucy) and Isaac; his godson Samuel (Eevie); his uncle Jerry Kuba; and his aunt Janis Giordanelli (Chris). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
