He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Howe and Grace Howe (Bosley); his wife Linda Pagel; his granddaughter Tasha Howe; his siblings, Delbert Gene Howe and Donna Howe; his siblings-in-law, Raymond Hoffensburger, Kermit Rumar, Richard Brenneke, Lee Pagel, Sue Krueger and Tammy Pagel; and his parents-in-law, Edward and Leah Pagel (Tenant).
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Heller (Tad) of Janesville, WI, Richard Howe (Angel) of Appleton, WI and Mechille Howe of Appleton, WI; his grandchildren, Cassie Howe (Matt), Jeremiah Lozano (Elizabeth), Mark Howe (Dawny), Scott Howe (Courtney), Keva Heller (Paul) and Kai Heller (Chris); his great grandchildren, Conner, Carson, Elijah, Euriah, Bryice, Jovanni and Harris; his siblings, Allen Howe (Lelita), Carol Hoffensburger and Janice Schiebe; and his sister-in-law Juanita. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
