She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Domelen and Bertha Van Domelen (Van Rossum); her husband Robert Phelan (Bob); her sons, Dave and John; her grandchild Avery; and also, John and Florence Phelan (Wall).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, James Phelan (Katie), Tracy Phelan (Jason Lux), Sarah Vande Kolk (Ryan), Kayla Phelan, Tommy Patterson (Halie), Macie Walls, Nicolee Pulliam (Daniel), Jasper Voelz, Jessica Phelan (Jesse Winkler), Nikki Trombello (Darin Diver Sr), Christopher Phelan, Kathleen, Liam, Bob III, Duane Phelan (Elena Rakowski), Jonah Phelan, Emily Armstrong (Thomas) and Savannah Phelan; her sister Donna Friebel (Merl); her siblings-in-law, Elka Van Domelen and Bill Phelan (Kay); her siblings, Joyce Mauthe, Delores Peters (Don), Roger Van Domelen (Mary), Richard Van Domelen and David Van Domelen; and her parents-in-law, Flossie Hoffman (Elmer), Alice LeFevre (Wayne) and John Phelan (Barbara). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
