She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Mignon and Erwin Luebke. She is survived by: her close friend Betty Vosper (Hoffman); her husband Roger Wayne Kirkeide; her children, Susan Kay (Eric Rosenthal), Cindy Louise, Karen Jean (Paul Ziemer), John Roger (Jennifer Swart) and Jane Lynn (Terry Gross); her grandchildren, Bradley Rosenthal, Deanne Wortman (Rosenthal), Emily Judd (Rosenthal), Benjamin Ziemer, Erin Frush (Ziemer), Hannah Bymaster (Kirkeide) and Samuel Kirkeide; her half-sister Audrey Mae Murphy (Luebke); and also Ella Kositzke. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
