He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucina Miller (DeCoster) of Brillion, Wisconsin and Charles Miller; his father-in-law Lucas Rapozo (Daisy) of Lihue, Hawaii; and his siblings-in-law, Judith Miller (Charles) of Appleton, Wisconsin, Michael Kletti (Sandra) of Menasha, Wisconsin, Douglas Kunukau (Marilyn) of Mililani, Hawaii and Edwin "Junior" Souza (Louise) of Kailua, Hawaii..
He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his son John Peter; his daughter-in-law Elise Miller; his daughters, Penelope and Paige Miller; his son-in-law Joseph Hannigan; his grandchildren, Jacob, Nicholas, Lucas, Jillian and Andrew Miller; his siblings, Charles Miller, Richard Miller (Margo), Dennis Miller (Carolyn), David Miller, Steven Miller (Karla), Keith Miller and Sandra Kletti; his mother-in-law Daisy Lani Rapozo; his siblings-in-law, Wayne Rapozo (Stephanie), Marilyn Kunukau and Louise Souza; and his friends, Anthony "Stoney" and Tho Bui. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
