He is survived by: his mother Ann Marie Gustafson (Welsh); his husband James Knott; his siblings, Robert Gustafson and Debra Wingier; his brother-in-law Bob Biondi; and his pets, Lucky, Constance, Sara, Leo and Yoshi. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, close friends.
