He was predeceased by: his parents, John Seidl and Mayme Seidl of Rockwood, WI.; his sons, Philip Seidl and Peter Seidl; his brother Ronald Seidl; and his sisters-in-law, Grace Seim and Lorraine Konitzer.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Radlinger; his children, Jim Seidl (Maria), Todd Seidl (Kim), Fred, Jr. Seidl (Connie), Eric Seidl (Emilie), Bonnie Bauman (John), Anne Rutland (Patrick), Dawn Quait (David) and Debbie Seidl; his daughter-in-law Meredith Seidl; his brothers, John Seidl (Joan), Dennis Seidl (Phyllis) and Aloyce Seidl (Judy); and his sister-in-law Joan Seidl (Along). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren & 13 great grandchildren, nieces & nephews, great nieces & great nephews, great great nieces & great great nephews.
