He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Miller; his children, Michael, Christina (Tom), Nick (Sarah), Lisa (Jeff) and Patrick (Jenny); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Erin, Kane (Claire), Keanu (Sydney), Keoni (Kristen), Valerie, Thomas, Dylan (Corinne), Emma (Elmer), Ryan, Keena (Kinsey), Tyler, Trevor (Rachelle) and Madilyn; his siblings, Colleen (Lee) and Russell; his siblings-in-law, Sue and Kenny; and his close friend Sam. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other extended relatives, and dear friends.
