He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Niec and Gladys Niec (Jones); his siblings, Ricky Niec and Rose Kahler; his siblings-in-law, Christine Niec (Kilsdonk) and Daniel "Speedo" Jansen; and his stepsons, Michael Werth and John Berger.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ed Niec Jr., Robert Niec (Barb), Doris Jansen, Don Niec (Marie), Larry Niec (Linda), David Niec, Betty Rosera (Joe), Bonnie Rose (Darrell), Mike Niec (Sue) and Randy Niec (Tammy); and his stepchildren, Debra Werth, Clint Werth (Deb), Lisa Werth (Pam), James Werth (Julie) and Scott Werth (Patti). He is also survived by other family members and many friends.
