He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosella Kuba and Emil Kuba; and his parents-in-law, Edward and Florence Clemons. He is survived by: his wife Micky Kuba (Clemons) of Joseph's Catholic Church; his children, Sarah Kuba (Steve LaPean) and Matt Kuba (Tess); his grandchildren, Natalie, Ryan LaPean, Lucas and Crosby Kuba; and his sisters, Nancy Kreutzman (Kim) and Sue Kappell (Steve). He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.
