He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Brinkman and Myrtle Brinkman (Krueger); his wife Dolores; and his brother-in-law Donald Langeland. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Steffen (James), Janis Ruffolo (Edward) and Sandra Brinkman (Edward Krueger); his grandchildren, Bradley Steffen (Elizabeth Stanley), Dana Ramms (Bastian), Nathan Ruffolo (Faye), Erin Ruffolo and Maya Ruffolo; his great grandchild Colette Steffen; and his siblings-in-law, Lester Langeland (Ingrid), Eddie Langeland (Nancy) and Marianne Langeland.
