She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kaczmarek and Catherine Kaczmarek; her husband Dick Penkala; her sons, David and Alan; and her siblings, Mary Carroll (Richard), John Kaczmarek, Angelina Rodwell (Ron), Stella Piatek (John), Katie Wallenfang (Merlin), Andrew Kaczmarek (Corrine), Julie Moede (Jerry), Stanley Kaczmarek (June), Anna Paulowski (Henry), Michael Kaczmarek (Betty), Frank Kaczmarek (Kathy), Peter Kaczmarek, Terry Fields, Jospeh Kaczmarek and Josephine Ratzman (Gordon).
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Wichman (Chris); her grandchildren, Abby, Emily Wichman and Chrisopher Penkala (Vanessa); and her great grandchildren, Lucy and Molly. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
