She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Borthwick and Margaret Borthwick (Malcolm); her son Brad; and her siblings, Jim, Robert and Isabel.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Lowe (Rebeca) of Austin, TX, Brian Lowe and Jodi Hellman (Gregory) of Marquette, MI; her grandchildren, Amanda Centko, Sarah Lowe, Romina Hiti (Sam), Damaris Carlson (Kristian), Betsabe Del Pilar, Abigail Hellman and Maxwell Hellman; and her daughter-in-law Maria Lowe. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
